Please download
the documents and fill in the names and seeds etc. for
your athletes and then SAVE IT AS (YOURSCHOOLTEAM).doc (eg LDSSBSKI.doc)
and E-Mail it as an attachment to bcssalpine2012@gmail.com.
One of
these files is required for each team. You are free to erase
the first entry; it is just a sample for you to follow.
You need
to email 1 RACE FEE Document and Racer Registration Documents
(1 for each Team).
For example
if you have 2 teams, 1 race fee document, and 2 racer registration
documents. 3 forms in total.
